Why CoreOps exists

Before CoreOps, running a multi-branch retail and manufacturing operation meant stitching together separate tools for point of sale, inventory, bill capture, staff rostering, and accounting — each with its own login, its own export format, and its own gaps. Every month-end meant reconciling numbers between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

CoreOps exists to close those gaps:

• Sales data in one system, inventory in another, accounting in a third
• Supplier invoices posted to cost of sales before the goods even arrive — margin wrong from day one
• Stock counts done on paper or in spreadsheets, variances adjusted without anyone knowing why
• The same manual Xero journal entries, every month, with the same errors

Every module in CoreOps is reviewed for accounting accuracy before it ships — not bolted on after the fact by a team that has never closed a set of books.
